Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This may occur because some items are shipped from our warehouse while others are sent directly from our supplier partners.

Processing & Shipping Times

Warehouse items: 1–3 business days processing

Supplier fulfilled items: 2–5 business days processing

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Items That Cannot Be Shipped

Some items may be too large, fragile, or unsuitable for postage. If an order is placed for an item that cannot be shipped, a store credit will be issued for the full value of the item so you can choose another product from the store.
